Returns

Damaged or wrong items

If your order arrives damaged, or you receive the wrong product, write to us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the package and the item. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund.

Unopened packs

Unopened packs can be returned within 7 days of delivery. The pack must be sealed and in its original condition. Once we receive and inspect the return, the refund is processed to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.

Opened packs

For hygiene and safety reasons, we are unable to accept returns on opened packs unless the product is defective.

How to start a return

Write to us with your order number and reason for return. We will arrange a pickup where the courier service allows it, or share a return address if it does not.

Refunds

Refunds are issued to the original payment method. For cash on delivery orders, we will collect your bank details to process the refund.
