Ordering and delivery

How long does delivery take?
Metro cities usually receive orders in 2 to 3 business days. The rest of India takes 4 to 6 business days.

Do you offer cash on delivery?
Yes, on most pincodes. You can check availability at checkout.

Can I change my address after ordering?
Write to us within a few hours of placing the order and we will try. Once an order is dispatched, the address cannot be changed.

Using the patches

How long do I wear a patch?
Six to eight hours for most formulas. Each product page lists the exact wear time.

Can I wear more than one patch at a time?
Focus and Calm can be worn together. We would not recommend combining Sleep with either.

What if I have sensitive skin?
The adhesive is medical grade and latex free. If you are trying a patch for the first time, wear it for two hours as a test.

Products

Are the patches habit forming?
No. None of our formulas contain habit-forming ingredients.

Are they safe during pregnancy?
Please consult your doctor before using any wellness product if you are pregnant, nursing, or on prescribed medication.
